Since most of us live in stressful environments our thoughts constantly jumping from one person or emergency situation to another most of our daily thoughts are not productive or healthy. A seemingly harmless vent of frustration (I'm sick and tired of ...)

We must all be cautious of the self talk going on inside ourselves.You say to yourself today is a new day no more eating junk food or no more wasted time watching Netflix and truly mean it, but after a few hours the body begins to crave familiar activities because your new path has called for you to change habits, this has lead to being uncomfortable and boom it happens-the self talk starts creeping into the brain and you not aware of whats happening - give in and say to yourself..maybe tomorrow or later and fall back into the old routine.the old-self. To make true change requires you to do what you've never done before to get beyond your analytical mind requires you to be a complete different person with new thoughts,ideas and experiences to go from thinking, to doing,to being.Close your eyes and leave the known Quite the mind,open the heart and give yourself the emotional support needed to become more energy and less matter
